Visiting Saona Island is definitely a spectacle, and of course, there’s no better option than doing it with the Caribbean Saona tour. Their entire staff provides excellent service, and the beach and food are the best in the area.

Terrible experience and deceptive service We booked a tour that supposedly included a speedboat trip, with VIP service promising visits to four different beaches and a more personalized experience on Saona Island. However, from the very beginning, everything was different. We were put on a catamaran packed with people, with music blasting, something completely different from what we had paid for. When we tried to complain, the guides washed their hands of the matter, avoided giving clear explanations, and responded evasively. The most outrageous thing was that, when we boarded the catamaran for the outbound trip, they assured us that the return would be by speedboat, as part of the "VIP" portion of the tour. But upon arriving at the island, they informed us that we would also return by catamaran. In other words, they were deceiving us throughout the entire trip. To top it all off, in the end, they wouldn't even tell us the name of the company responsible for the tour, which demonstrates a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. I do not recommend this service to anyone. If you're looking for something more relaxed, organized, and that actually delivers on its promises, this isn't it. We feel ripped off and completely disappointed.
