Always a long wait.
Good service!
Terrible customer service. The skinny teller at the first teller window told me to give her a chance because she'd already been to the bank twice to correct a bank certification she herself had made incorrectly, and that she was fed up with seeing me. She threatened to overcharge me as if she owned the bank.
Customer service is very slow. The customer service employees arrive before the bank opens, and by the time it opens, they're in a meeting. The opening time is 8:30, and by 8:50, the meeting has ended. Afterward, they go to get coffee, water, and chat at their desks.
At that bank, if 10 pregnant women or women with a small child arrive, they all get priority access. If someone with a cane arrives, they get another priority access, and if an elderly person arrives, they get yet another. And you, who arrived at 10:00, have to wait two hours between the 23rd and 25th shifts to be served at the teller window. This absurdity needs to change immediately. Where is it written that a woman with a small child or an elderly person with a cane can't wait their turn like everyone else who has been waiting for a long time? And if they're going to be given priority for whatever stupid reason, they should at least have to wait two or three shifts to be served. How is it possible that you're next in line to go to the teller window, and then two women and a man with a cane arrive and they all get their turn ahead of you? This is a country of savages.
