This company is so unsafe. Their drivers are untrained and drive like animals risking their passengers lives. I have seen many of their buses driving crazy. Most recently I saw their bus try to pass cars at a very high speed on the turn of a single lane highway driving right into oncoming traffic without seeing what is coming. DO NOT RIDE WITH THEM
I took a bus from Samana to Santo Domingo. It was very comfortable, it took a good 3 hours, price was 500 pesos, well worth every peso. Driver was very experienced, helped me get to the right destination.
Rating: ★★★★★ I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth my experience was here! Usually, bus terminals can feel a bit chaotic, but this one is exceptionally well-organized and clean. The signage is clear, making it easy to find your platform without wandering around. I also noticed a good variety of clean seating areas and helpful staff members who were actually visible and ready to answer questions. The security presence made the environment feel safe, and the digital departure boards were accurate down to the minute. Whether you're just passing through or waiting for a connection, this is easily one of the most efficient and comfortable terminals I’ve used.
Large, centrally located bus terminal in Santo Domingo that serves most of all of the DR. They actually answer their phones when you call (Not like Metro) and speak English. Nice newer A/C buses, comfortable clean and very affordable. Great service, nice ride; you are seamlessly embedded with the local pop but everyone here is cool, friendly and very patient with tourists, jaja
Great company. However, give yourself plenty of extra time and don’t get fooled by the “express” bus which supposedly does not stop en route and goes directly to the destination. Definitely not the case on our trip …. we stopped multiple times. Hey, it’s still Island life ☺️
