I was scheduled with my pet dog (Oso) for a 6am flight. Had to get everything ready at a real early time. Of course everything didn't go as expected, the flight was delayed 3 times until 9am. Each of the times I got a phone call from Caribetrans informing me of the situation and allowing me to get organized. When I arrived all of his documents were neatly prepared and ready to go. They worked systematically and effectively to ensure that Oso papers and crate were up to standard even offering some things that I had missed. Oso arrived safe and sound to Miami. Great company! Great Service!

Absolutely never again! We took our Labrador from Panama to Santo Domingo with Copa Cargo. A flight of 2,5 hours. USD 300 for Copa. Upon arrival in Santo Domingo It took us more than 3 hours to arrange the IMPORT or our dog. And all the time he was in his crate in the heat, without water. The annoying, arrogant, rude, dumb and plain ignorant people from Caribetrans did not care AT ALL. We had go from office to office to office to office to office to office etc. An absolute disgrace. In the end we had to pay to these idiots a total amount of USD 300. And just before leaving the cargo area we finally had to pay a USD 10 entry for the dog. This company is a scam, and a big one. Never again!
