Rented the car for 13 days, everything was great, Miguel was very responsive, picked us up with the car at the airport, and same with drop off met us there for a smooth seemless return. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing car rental company in the Dominican Republic! Communication via WhatsApp was excellent from start to finish. Miguel was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. There was no problem delivering the car directly to our apartment, and the return at the airport was just as easy — everything perfectly aligned with our plans. Full insurance was included in the price, with absolutely no hidden fees. During our trip, we unfortunately got a flat tire, but everything was handled quickly and professionally, and all the costs were fully reimbursed without any issues. This was our first time in the Dominican Republic, and thanks to such a great experience, we already know it won’t be our last. Next time, we will definitely contact them again. Thank you, Miguel! We had the most amazing experience with our car rental! Miguel was professional, helpful, accommodating, & honest! Our friends arrived before us into Punta Cana airport & had a nightmare situation with a big international car rental service & their 4 kids waiting for hours while they were put on hold and not given a car until a day later and almost double the cost! 😳😢 So 2 days before our departure we cancelled our reservation with the big car rental company and thankfully found VIP!!! Miguel was responsive and found us a car within an hour of our call and was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival! We literally walked out the door of the airport into our car!! The car worked great and was exactly what we needed to travel around the country for 10 days. Upon return to the airport at the end of our trip Miguel met us at the airport for front door service! The whole car experience as I have read over and over in DR can be an absolute disaster & we are so thankful for the ease & professionalism we experienced! Thanks Miguel!!!! 5 ⭐️ service!!!!!
