I went into this store to change the ribbon on my Trinity, service was good. But it was the worst ribbon change I usually get a double because it last longer and the lady said “no” okay not a problem SO just changed my color since they did not have the Cartier red, it took her 3 min tops AND the ribbons is Sao thin the adjustable knot has a plastic wire hanging out the scratches me and everything I touch which I annoying, can’t even wear it. I usually like to change my ribbons when I visit different locations AND Santo Domingo is such a terrible I idea.
