Absolutely incredible experience! The Bolognese pizza was delicious... rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a thin, crispy crust. And the tiramisu… simply amazing! Light, creamy, and full of authentic Italian taste. This pizzeria truly captures the real Italian essence. Highly recommended!

Caruso has been on my list of places to check out in Santo Domingo since it opened and it did not disappoint. Our server provided excellent recommendations for pizzas and they were all phenomenal. We were a party of three and sharing two pizzas + appetizer + salad was sufficient for our group. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

Food was AMAZING! We started with a Burrata Tartufa and the Spuma di Ricotta, such a great way to start. Don’t have too much focaccia like we did, and leave plenty of space for the Main dishes. All three pizzas we ordered were great, but my personal favorite was the Di Capra, great combination of the goat cheese with fig jam. You can order a sauce to dip your pizza borders, if you do, order the sweet Pomodori. The Risotto al Limone was my FAVORITE, it tastes like a fresh summer day, with its pop of tangy, fresh tasting flavor. Service was great, indoor space is small, but has enough outdoor sitting space. Entrance is not clearly labeled, so it was a little hard to find the entrance, and once we found it, it kinda looked like a back door or the exit. Indoor space was a little too warm for our comfort and lights were a bit too bright for our liking. I loved the decor and the choice of plates.

Outstanding Italian restaurant, their pizzas are among the best I have ever tried. On pair with Il Camineto. Been there a couple of times. Already proved different pizzas, like Mortadella and Pistachio, the Proschiutto & Straciatella, among others. Also we had a Rigatoni alla vodka, what a great surprise. Simple but delicious. The drinks are very well elaborated. The Trago Don Julio was fantastic. Also tried the Caruso Meringue cake as a desert. That was really tasty. The indoor area is very small, with limited space. The outside area can accommodate more people but it is extremely hot. Parking is available inside the mall but usually very full. Strongly recommended.

The burrata pistaccio was excelent with fogaccia, and the prosciutto Cesar was great. Service was impeccable. Another great visit December - consistently outstanding - also try the mortadella and pistacho pizza.
