Terrible!!! They have no air conditioning, no bathroom, and the service is awful.

Horrible. It's on the second floor, and for someone who's had surgery, it's very difficult to get upstairs. The first impression when you walk in is the disgruntled face of a blue-eyed woman, grumpy and bored with life, who greets you as if you're begging. The worst. I would never go back.

The girls are very attentive; they have been wonderful people for years.
