We came to buy 2 microwaves. Nobody was able to help us because the store was understaffed. We had to help ourselves and we wanted 2 of the same microwaves. We finally got our own cart and pulled up and then the nightmare began.. the same Models of microwave showers a price of 95k dop which is 1500 usd dollars of a microwave which cost only 150 .. the entire store was incapable of figuring it out.. the difference between the model was just the color .. after one hour of poor brain capacity we just left … how is it possible that 5 men can’t figure it out including the manager … I have the images to prove … it’s just so sad …

The worst company ever. I have never seen so low quality of service. They do not have any stuff in their wearhouse and you have to wait months to get the stuff you already paid. They treat you with ignorance, arrogance and totally lack of respect and when they delivery the products you bought everything is damaged. The delivery guys destroys everything and you have to call the store back for day if not weeks. They do not answer and they promise you everything but they do nothing. If you do not buy the stuff from the store direct, from the floor, do not exepect any quality and they lie continuously about the time of delivery. You have to stay there for weeks and put pressure on them every day. The worst company I have seen in my life on few continents. Not a serious guys and the biggest liars after they get the money. Do not give them the money in front because after that they make fun of you…

Beautiful products BUT rude staff who snicker, look at each other and laugh and give each other the “eye” as to try mock the tourists. Very unprofessional and they also lack English skills which make communication impossible. Most importantly the ones who stand around the front counter. I left and went to ilumel where the experience was much better and I was greeted nicely upon entering and a sales associate came to us straight away to assist us. They also spoke perfect English. It was a pleasure.

The security person at the front was definitely disarming, but after we passed through that we had a great time browsing the store. Great quality pieces and tons of interesting home decor!
