An absolute gem! The food was amazing, especially the incredible Straciatella de Burrata, Jamón Ibérico y Pistachos pizza. You must try the Carpaccio de Salmón Alcaparritas, queso de cabra y miel de trufa and the queso de hoja catibias—both were fantastic. The atmosphere is warm and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing. A big shoutout to the servers who were super friendly and surprisingly quick with our orders. Highly recommended!
I loved the service here, and the food was 10/10. The top 6 pizza was amazing, and the waitress, Mari, was very kind and funny.

*Warning* The amount of people that touch your pizza with their bare hands is eventually going to get someone sick. Once it comes out the oven it should not be touched by human hands. But I watched a guy take it out of the oven touch all over the crust. Then he gave it to another guy who cut it touching all over the pizza. That's four hands touching all over your pizza. Food poisoning is real; it's going to happen to someone eventually there. I guarantee you someone will get severely food poisoned from this place. All it takes is for one of those guys not to properly wash their hands and you're severely sick with a gastrointestinal illness. With that said I took it home and placed it in the oven to kill the germs. It was a really delicious pizza. It's one of the best of Santo Domingo. If you like full pies this is the best. If you like Sicilian type pizza Curcio is the best. At Curcio they use gloves which reduces the risk of food poisoning. Also be advised this place is packed with customers. There's really nowhere to sit because the place is small. You'll see dozens of people walk in and out since there's nowhere to sit. Expect to wait at least an hour to be served unless you order takeout. If the owner can fix the hygiene problem. Introduce gloves to his staff after the pie leaves the oven, and find a way to make the place a little bigger it's easily five stars. *Edit Response to owner comment* I raised a concern after watching multiple employees handle my pizza with bare hands before it was served. This isn’t just about “gloves vs. no gloves” — it’s about minimizing direct contact with ready-to-eat food, which is a core principle in U.S. food safety law. According to the FDA Food Code 2022, Section 3-301.11, “Food employees shall not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment.” The CDC also states that “bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods should be avoided whenever possible to prevent the spread of norovirus and other foodborne illnesses.” Even with frequent handwashing, every additional person touching the food increases the risk of contamination — it’s basic food safety science. Instead of addressing this professionally, the owner insulted me personally and told me not to return. That reaction says more about their customer service than I ever could. The pizza tasted good, but hygiene and respect for customers matter just as much. I’ll be spending my money somewhere that takes both seriously.
Great pizza, we ordered the 1 Carbonara, 1 (Straciatella de burrata, jamon iberico y pistachio) 👌 our favorite and the traditional Margherita for the kids. To finish we ordered the chocolate tarta vasca, it was very good not too sweet.
