I booked through Airbnb. The apartment is part of a small and well-maintained complex, with the owners living in a separate house. The whole place felt very safe and quiet, with two gates and a relaxed atmosphere, far from the noisy streets of the city. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious, with a large bedroom and a big bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the bedsheets and towels were good quality, so I slept very well. Giovanni was an excellent host, very friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or local tips. Breakfast is available for $7 per day, and air conditioning can also be used for $7 per day if needed. Apart from the fruits and sandwiches, I will definitely miss the coffee, which had a slight chocolate taste. It was the best coffee I had during my trip. Internet worked very well, some other guests were even remote working. The place was quiet, comfortable, very clean, and truly relaxing. Even the two dogs on the property were calm and adorable. Overall, it was very good quality for the price paid. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.

Gio is a very nice host and lets you feel welcome in his little apartment park. Beautiful pool, garden and outside kitchen for all guests. Very clean rooms and chill atmosphere. You can park your car there and you are very near the beach and village of Las Terrenas but without all the noise and hustle.

When I was looking for a place to stay in Las Terrerenas I did not know where. But we found this place and we liked a lot. You will have all the stuff you need from a good rooms and cleaned, one pool and the kitchen area. You have a parking area for about 5 cars you are in a group trip. Very close to the town. You can walk around from others places or rent a motorcycle 🏍️ for better transportation inside of the city. If you need anything extra ask to the guy Matias who will help you. Very easy to get inside and get out.

I loved this place, very calm and peaceful, I really had a pleasant stay there. A special mention go to the staff kindness, always keen to offer their help and tips for enjoying Las Terrenas to the fullest. Location is also very good, next to the bus station and the hospital, it takes only 15 minutes to reach the beach by walking or much less by moto-taxi. Totally recommended!

Great place to stay. Owners are so kind and friendly. It's such a quiet and comfy place to stay. Rooms are huge and so comfortable.
