Casa Musa is worthy of a visit if you’re in Santiago. They have some great Dominican dishes & dishes with a twist/fusion too. I loved everything my friends & I had with the mahi fish and coconut/peas rice being my favorite. For appetizers, the goat tacos were delicious as were the chicken croquettes. Last but most certainly not least, I had the mamajuana cocktail which was absolutely delicious- mamajuana, maracuya (or chinola however you prefer to call it haha), condensed milk, cinnamon, & anise- I thought the perfect cocktail didn’t exist but no it does haha. The only reason I’m giving Casa Musa a four star review is that the service was incredibly slow & subpar. Rather than that, I enjoyed this place.

I stopped by this restaurant tonight, and it is very nice with a beautiful upstairs view. They offer valet parking, which I found extremely helpful since street parking is hard to find due to the location. For this type of restaurant, I believe a dress code should be applied—seeing people in very short shorts and T-shirts was a no for me. The food is okay, and the staff is friendly, but they lacked knowledge about what is being offered on the menu. If you’re looking for a visually appealing restaurant with a beautiful view of Monumento, I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great experience at Casa Musa. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the drinks were very creative and well made. Overall, everything was outstanding and the atmosphere made the experience even better. It is a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth visiting for the quality and experience. I would definitely return!

Delicious traditional flavors with an elevated twist. Service was impeccable and it has a beautiful view to “El monumento” from the second floor.
