Good service for getting the refrigerator delivered quickly. They're not as quick to resolve any issues, though. But they are responsible when it comes to the warranty. A tip if you're going to buy a refrigerator: go and see it, have them plug it in, and come back later to confirm that everything is cooling properly.

⚠️ Be very careful with this store. I bought several items, including a stove that didn't fit in my kitchen. I was told I could return it, but the money would be refunded as store credit. I accepted that condition. However, when I went to use the credit, the saleswoman altered the prices of the items so she could use the entire amount. For example: • A stove that was listed at RD$11,500 in November, she said now cost RD$18,500. When I complained, she lowered the price to RD$13,900. • A range hood that costs RD$3,900 was billed to me at RD$6,900. • She also included an air fryer to reach the RD$24,000 credit I had available. • In addition, they charged me RD$600 for shipping, even though they had altered the prices. I have all my receipts as proof of the altered prices so I can use my refund credit.

Today marks one year since we bought a refrigerator and we've spent the whole year repairing it. Don't buy those, they're useless.

You have to be careful when buying from this store. The day before yesterday I bought a refrigerator from this store, and they didn't send me what I paid for. They sent me a refrigerator that doesn't cool. It's been a while and they still haven't resolved the issue, and they won't even answer the phone.

They have many appliances in poor condition.
