And to top it all off, they refute my claims with lies. I considered them a more reputable company. My purchase was on October 12th, not a year ago. Secondly, just because they're selling clearance merchandise doesn't mean they should sell something ridiculous. And if they're going to sell something ridiculous, they should at least tell the customer what the defect is, not deceive them with lies just to make a sale, and certainly not call the customer a liar. If I could give less than 50 stars, I probably would. And a recommendation for this site? I wouldn't give it for anything in the world. I wrote to complain about a dresser I bought there, and instead of addressing my complaint and giving me a friendly or reasonable response, the girl just said it was a clearance item and didn't have a warranty. When I told her I understood, a small chip or minor defect was acceptable, but drawers falling off and detaching when you open them, requiring you to reassemble the whole thing, was unacceptable. Just because it was a clearance item doesn't give them the right to sell such a terrible piece of junk. At least they should clarify that it has this level of problem before selling it, so people know whether to buy it or not. They shouldn't deceive customers by claiming to sell something of quality. It's unbelievable that a recently purchased dresser is in such a state that we can't even put clothes in it because the drawers fall off, and when we open it, the sides detach and we have to glue the wood back on. The service was completely deficient; they acted as if it was a gift, not a purchase. If I had wanted to buy something this bad, I would have gone to a discount store. You're supposed to buy something from a reputable brand, something with a good reputation. They sell "quality," only to come out with such nonsense and not even have the courtesy to attend to you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Improve your quality and service, and even then, you'll still lose.

Don't believe the ad because you'll go to the store and they'll tell you it's not available and then try to charge you a higher price. But after you leave and make the purchase, they'll "repost the ad at the sale price." Then, when you call them, they'll tell you it's an old ad. It's a scam to get you into the store and make you spend more money than you normally would. The service is absolutely terrible; they have more excuses for why they can't meet delivery deadlines and they don't honor their own ad. I do not recommend this place. If I could give it -50 stars, that's what I would. Absolutely horrible customer service, and the owner has more excuses than I've ever heard. Everyone should stay far away from this business; it's a joke. Even when you go to the showroom, they barely have anything to look at, and they want you to choose what you want from a catalog or something wrapped in plastic. There are much better furniture stores out there, so I would try somewhere else.
