The furniture and prices are great, but the service is awful, unfortunately. I bought some tables and a TV stand because I traveled from far away. However, if you go, be prepared to wait for the service and the way Zara employees treat their customers 😂. The only redeeming qualities are the lady at the coffee shop and the guys who carry the furniture; the other staff members need to learn about customer service.
