Beautiful waterfall on the Jacagua River. Entrance is free, and parking is available. A normal one-way hike (round trip) takes 1 hour and 20 minutes. I measured 3,017 steps and the distance 2,111 meters. The path is along the river and over rocks. I recommend sneakers (never sandals, Crocs, etc.). Be aware that you will be crossing the river, or rather stream, several times, so your shoes will be wet. Bring water and a light snack. There are no restrooms or changing rooms. It's a pristine area, so please don't leave any trash. I highly recommend it.
We visited this waterfall today, and it was a lovely experience. It's easy to get to, making it accessible to everyone. Although I wish it had more water, its natural beauty is undeniable. It's definitely worth a visit to enjoy its surroundings and serenity. A perfect place to connect with nature!
A great plan for those of us who love hiking. Please remember that the beauty of these places lies in connecting with nature and enjoying it even more. Let's take care of it. Don't leave any trash. 😉
It's perfect for hikers. I love it in rainy weather.
