A very disappointing consultation. The doctor (Jorge Sánchez) saw me for approximately 5 minutes while using his phone. He didn't examine my skin, didn't review the blood tests I had specifically brought, and didn't ask any relevant questions about my medical history. Even so, he issued a diagnosis and prescribed three medications without a proper evaluation; he even searched for one on Amazon and asked me to take a picture of the screen to order it. I mentioned that I have stomach intolerances and high sensitivity, but this was also disregarded. When I explained that I was seeking a second opinion and that I live abroad, there was no interest whatsoever; the whole process was very mechanical. When I asked if the consultation was over, his response was unempathetic and defensive. Furthermore, I mentioned a lump on my right foot that I had previously indicated on the form, and he replied that this information is entered into the system, but he doesn't review it. For RD$6,000, I expected a professional, careful, and thorough consultation. I do not recommend this experience.
Excellent attention and customer service. The place is beautiful and very welcoming. A very pleasant experience! C.P.
The best place to take care of your skin. I saw Dr. Leyla and I highly recommend her; my transformation was radically different and for the better. The staff is very kind and well-trained, and they strictly adhere to COVID-19 protocols. They even remodeled the space to prevent people from sitting too close together. *Make your appointment in advance because availability is limited. *They don't accept insurance, but you can request an invoice for claims.
The best, I've been with them for 10 years, people I trust.
This place must be so incredibly good that they're not interested in getting new clients. I've been writing to them for four consecutive days requesting information about sclerotherapy sessions and tattoo removal. I spoke with Sonia, who very kindly greeted me and gave me her name, but then I never heard back. If this is how they treat potential clients, I don't even want to imagine what it's like once I'm actually in the office. I understand they're busy, but in four days they couldn't find a moment to give me an appointment and tell me the price? I'm very disappointed.
