Last week I went to the emergency eye clinic. I was seen by a white doctor with long, black hair. I'm writing this description because I don't know her name. I want to congratulate you on having employees like her with such soft hands. She is very professional and gave me incredible care. While she was treating me, she was showing the first-year residents (R1s) how she attends to patients. Thank you for having people like her. I hope you continue to improve, and your hospital is very nice.

The only good thing is that they operate very well and do an excellent job, but their customer service is terrible; they don't know how to address us. Another issue is that they schedule an appointment for 9:00 AM, and it's 3:00 PM and they still haven't started surgery. There are many things they need to fix.
