The place has a lot of products to choose from in regards to your IT needs and supplies usually, and I say usually because I recently had to go visit them in order to buy some supplies I needed and even though I ended up buying what I needed there where not a lot of options to choose from, lucky for me that the item they had served my purpose but they where really low in merchandise. Also the place is usually full most of the times and to me, the sales people are not the friendliest so, if u do go, I certainly hope u have a better experience than I did. I usually go there because it's close to my house but there are better options to choose from, take it from me. One good thing is that their prices are usually on par with the competition and that being Omega Tech.

Great customer service. Juior was a great help. Hooked me up with just what I needed. Very knowledgeable about the products he sells.

As someone that likes shopping by myself and only asks for help when I really need it, I didn't appreciate a girl coming over to me out of nowhere and snatching the headset I was holding, taking it to her station and only asking me if I intended to buy it after I followed her there. That was straight up rude and the rudeness continued when she took a call in the middle of my exchange with her. Not much on display to choose from so you have to ask and it takes time for them to get it from the storage (even a USB drive) which I found annoying. Check out took about 30 minutes because of that despite me being the only customer at the store at the time. I could go back there because this location is the most convenient for me and you never know when you might need something but the customer service is definitely a turn off.

one of the best computer shop in town, I would recommend everybody who needs expert advise to go there!, good clean store! great social distancing measures! it's a safe place to go!... customer service is kinda slow though.

Extremely overpriced and had to bring my computer three times to have it repaired. Brought it in for an upgrade and when I brought it home it had tons of issues that it didn't have before because they put the wrong part in the computer. Took three weeks and many phone calls and emails to finally get it resolved. I would never go back
