The nurse Alicia Valdez in the 4th floor was excellent. She was kind and loving. My grandfather felt safe and loved. Thank you Alicia.She is God sent.

Why call, make an appointment for a specific time; get there at the time of the appointment and 3 hours later still waiting for your turn ? It doesn’t make any sense… Medical services should know that we are in 21st Century and with technology there are a lot of ways to save people’s time without the need of being stuck waiting for your turn because there are people there before you ???? So why you didn’t tell me to come with an appointment to wait for my turn ? They charge you like you are in the 21st Century but they make you wait like you were in the 18th Century. Medical services should know that we are customers and we are seeking for an acceptable service where our time is respected like the the time of any other human being that have family and have things to do. Why medical services still think that you should beg to be treated respectfully if we pay for a service, a service that cost money and time and we still get from them whatever they want ? El servicio médico tiene que cambiar !!!

I would not recommend this hospital to any tourist! They want to charge me a "minimum of $20,000 dominican pesos"($400USD) fee because I am "foreign"! I'm not an Alien the technology used on humans will work! Only good part was the nurses spoke English and they were extremely disappointed when I told them why I was leaving! This is inhumane and disgusting! I will never turn to Santo Domingo!

Good place for healthcare, the doctors and staff are really prepared for their jobs. But I STRONGLY don't recommend going to the cafeteria, the staff in there are always mad, like they are working for free or something like that, the food was good but the attention was AWFUL the staff should be trained for customer service.

I visited their MRI lab for a 9:30 pm appointment. My doctor suggested I go early . It was a good idea. By 8:00pm I was out. The staff is courteous and professional. The whole place is immaculate. A+.
