The emergency room has terrible service and poor coordination. I went with my nephew because of an allergic reaction and had to wait 30 minutes for the two idiots who worked the morning shift (May 5, 2026) to tell me I'd been called and wasn't allowed in, when clearly they hadn't called us.
The service is really poor, unnecesarily long wait times
The service in the Emergency Department was very poor. The wait was excessive, and children were not given priority. There was a noticeable lack of organization and coordination between doctors and nurses. During patient care, some nurses were using their cell phones, which demonstrated a lack of focus on the patient. Regarding the image and attitude of the medical staff, the impression was not what one would expect from a private center, where professionalism, empathy, and order should prevail. It is necessary to improve the organization and the quality of patient care.
It's awful, it's getting worse than public health. The waiting room in the emergency room is long, and when you finally get through, the cubicles are empty and the doctors are cracking jokes. The receptionist is on his cell phone, texting, and very rude.
Terrible service, incredibly slow. You shouldn't have to wait two or three hours to be seen in the emergency room. And they wait for three or four beds to become available before admitting patients in groups. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
