New building but with lots of unfinished things. You can not stay comfortable. The check-in was the longest ever, and we were the only guests checking in. Besides, the treatment was very unprofessional. Don't recommend it! besides, it's really expensive!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Our company booked a stay for one of our consultants through Booking.com, providing all company payment information in advance. When he arrived, the receptionist was too busy on her phone At one of the couches. When she finally came to the reception, she spent another 30 minutes “checking” the reservation with her manager. When I mentioned that I would be leaving an honest review about the poor service, they refused to honor the reservation and tried to pressure us into cancelling it ourselves so they wouldn’t face penalties. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. During the time we waited in the lobby, every single person walking in or out was complaining about a different issue. The administration is, without exaggeration, the worst we’ve encountered. Booking.com ultimately had to intervene and rebook us somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs.

Amazing place full suit reasonabke price very tidy and has parking, stove, fridge rooftop pool, a balcony in your room. Very nice although a bit far from zona colonial but Piantini neighbourhood is a good one

The building is conveniently located. My room was basic, however it was comfortable. Good value. The front desk staff were friendly and awesome. The best part of my stay.

I want to give shout out to the young girl receptionist that works during the day time and to Alexander they are very good in every hospitality at this hotel. Excellent service 👏 no complaint and sure will be coming again. PROUD QUEST (SIMONE) 👏
