The staff needs to be more empathetic. People with hearing impairments go there, and when they speak to patients, they do so rudely. If they can't have adequate staff for the type of service they provide (because they don't, and it's free), they should just close it down. In the Dominican Republic, they don't know what good customer service is.
Excellent professionals Warm and welcoming service There's a room available for the little ones to sleep in, and they give us plenty of time to do so. We felt very welcome. I thought it would be different because of how affordable the tests were, but they're a testament to the fact that not everything is lost in this country. I want to commend the professional work of Dr. Gabriel Bello Arias. He's an excellent doctor and a wonderful person. Very ethical, and he explains things clearly. The security guard is also fantastic 😃.
It should be illegal to deny medical certificates, claiming you have no responsibility. They didn't help me at all; they just gave me a test that says I don't have the hearing problem I'm supposedly experiencing, and on top of the insurance, they charged me 1,400 for an exam done by someone who probably hasn't even studied medicine. But they give you the option of getting more tests for even more money.
