I went in for an extreme emergency and they fixed the problem even outside of business hours. They also gave me very good references and recommendations...

If I had known they would return my car in worse condition than it was, I wouldn't have taken it in. They replaced the ball joints, and the steering wheel became stiff; it makes irritating noises when turning, like the parts are hitting each other. Lights that weren't there before also appeared.

The inspection and work were excellent. They were delayed, but indicated that staff were out due to health issues. I would recommend improving their response times to messages when they are in contact with the client.
