They should pay attention to the waiting area for family members of patients undergoing procedures. It should be a more comfortable place, especially if someone is going to be there overnight, with at least cushioned seating. The restrooms should have running water.

Horrible service. My mother was referred to this center. We never even saw the doctor we were told would see her. After waiting for more than 12 hours, we asked to speak with him, and the response was that he didn't visit patients 🙄, that he handled everything through the on-call doctors. The waiting room was a mess and dirty.

The worst mistake was taking my father to this center. The staff treated him inhumanely. You're not asking for anything; they don't seem to be treating people. If you care about your family, don't even look at that place. You're supposed to be empathetic when a patient arrives in an emergency, and all they get is this horrible treatment. Beware.

It's a modern center with good service from the staff; they guide you on what you need to do and the staff is very friendly.
