The service is terrible. I took my child there yesterday, and the doctor told me to bring her the test results and called 911 because my child is very sick. They refused to accept the test results because I didn't bring my child to the doctor herself. She told me to leave the baby at home. They are the worst; I don't recommend them at all. They have no empathy, and I will never go back there.

The doctors are excellent, but the customer service staff are impatient and often disrespectful.

The doctors are very good, excellent professionals with a genuine love for their patients. But the staff in patient services are so rude and unfriendly. The difference between the professional doctors and these unprofessional people who are supposed to assist patients, even when they arrive to ask a simple question or look for information, is striking. They are terrible.

I took my pregnant wife to be treated for tonsillitis. Dr. Perez refused to see her because she wanted to go have breakfast, or at least that's what she implied, because she provided terrible service. She said my wife didn't have plaque, but the plaque was in her throat, and she didn't use anything to retract her tongue so she could examine her. She was furious with the gynecologist because she told her to use penicillin. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was at that center on Friday looking for an appointment for some tests, and the woman in charge of scheduling appointments is very rude. She treats people badly and speaks to them in a very disrespectful manner. It's good that she understands that the days when people were mistreated in public places are over. There should be a polite person with good interpersonal skills working there. I left feeling very upset after seeing what people have to endure in that place.
