The parking lot itself was half flooded and full of potholes, I didn't know where to go and someone parked behind me when I had to leave. The when I go in, I had to go to a service attendant carrying my own old batteries because they all saw me struggling with 2 car batteries and no one cared. They found the 2 batteries immediately for me. Good quality ones. No complaints here. But getting to pay I had to wait about 45 minutes because the process is so long. Luckily there was only 1 person in front of me or it would have been much longer.
