They burn your hair. Their blow dryers are too strong, too hot. You leave with your hair smelling burnt. They should know that people with less curly hair don't need so many passes or so much heat. That blonde stylist seems to only know how to style women with very curly hair. Those blow dryers burn your hair.

I've had my hair done by Santa, and she's very good, and so is Ruth. The others. I don't know why I haven't had my hair done by them, but what I can see is that they're very good at hairstyling. And the service is excellent.

The employees are friendly and talented, but the manager and owner is awful. The worst service I've ever experienced in a beauty salon! I'm giving it one star because otherwise I can't leave a review.

I came in at 11am for a sample bleaching and dyeing service as per the photo displayed. I left at 5pm with a color opposite to the one requested... terrible products, no professionalism and experience. My whole head is full of scabs and pain. I need to report it. Avoid going there if you want to come out healthy. MUY MALO LU GAR.
