I went there 2 times the first only for my nails (mani and pedi) and the second hair and nails they did a decent job it wasn't the best but fast so I was really happy. My really bad experience was that almost all the ladies that I went through the process always was talking bad about the other clients, criticizing, and even talking to each others about the other people who workers there especially in the nails area that made me feel really uncomfortable. I think Yira should give all the ladies a Customer service class. Good Luck.!!

I don't recommend getting your hair cut there. You ask for a specific cut, and they end up doing something completely different. In my case, I asked for a butterfly cut, and that's nothing like what they did; they just cut my hair without respecting the style I requested. The experience was disappointing, and I wasn't satisfied with the result.
