The wait for a CT scan is unbelievable. Over four hours of waiting, disorganization, lack of information, and the staff just seem to be there.

The worst organization in the world is here. It's insane; the dates and everything on the signs have to be written in a font I can't even imagine. Everything was fine, and they returned four signs to me. They didn't explain anything, just that the date wasn't clear. When you arrive at 6:00 AM, you have to stand in line to get a ticket at 7:00 AM and then wait for ages. It's awful here! The checkout staff are terrible too. They treat people very badly. I've attached a picture so you can see the incorrect date they're giving you, and be careful before you come!

This isn't my first time visiting this healthcare facility, and not a single employee has treated me or spoken to me rudely. They all follow the same protocol, and I think it's safe to say they go above and beyond. They provide excellent service, which is evident not only to me but also to everyone else, from the doorman to the orderly. Of course, every place has its share of bad apples and fatigue, but it's less noticeable here. Thank you for being the way you are and for your dedication to serving others. Few places offer that.
