Shipped important document from USA to where I live in Maimón. Turns out FedEx only delivers to Santo Domingo and Santiago. The office in Santiago received my documents and delivered them to a travel agent in the city of Bonao because it was inconvenient for them to bring it to my city (about 30 minutes from Bonao.) I paid $100 for them to get this letter to me in Maimón. Called FedEx USA and they said that FedEx Dominican does whatever they want to, and is independent from FedEx USA. In the end I received an email telling me that they had delivered me my document, when in fact they delivered it to a travel agent in a different city.

Great service!!! My only problem is the schedule you guys have, you open at 9 am and close at 5pm😩 and you do not open on Sarturday. Some people are working between these times and it is mostly impossible to come. I believe closing at 7 or open on Saturday even though it is until 12 would be so helpful.

Great place they will ship out same day if you come before 12PM, that’s when their pick up is. Typically gets there next day but they tell you 1-3 days just in case
