This location is definitely more convenient, however sometimes I think the staff are lost and don't know how to properly explain the procedure you need to follow

This administration is just as difficult as the one in San Carlos was, with high levels of incompetence; it's a disaster, unfortunately. I think they overloaded it with companies, and this is the result.

Fast service, very friendly and helpful.
