EXTREMELY slow, I came for a simple sonography at 10:30 AM it is now 2 PM and still there's 6 people ahead of me at a rate of 20-30 minutes per patient I'll get out of here in about 2 more hours. Come If you want to waste your day.

Appointment for my wife was scheduled at 12, when we got here they indicated there were still 5 women ahead of us. It is now 1:20 and we still have not seen the Doctor. Doctor Rosa Ramos is who we are visiting. I am only reviewing the initial experience of how unprofessional this has been. We have had to go to the front desk for updates, they do not update us even though they over an hour behind schedule.

There some Doctors that are good, but the facilities are abysmal. They don't provide towels in the hospital rooms, so the patient can't shower unless they bring their own towel. There is no inter compartment communication. My father was being attended by two specialists and they both had their own course of treatment that ended up in receiving double the meds that being given to my father. The nursing department didn't even bother to check the indications and proceeded in giving him double doses of the same meds. Terrible service, terrible bedside manner, terrible facilities.

The nurses are treating the patient like animals. Once they go in the room they advise the family that it's their responsibility to check on monitors on the patient because they will not go in again.
