Terrible service. They don't give appointments to the elderly. They should have a machine for taking appointments, but it makes the process much slower. The service is awful; I don't recommend it. The doctors are good, but they need to improve by giving special appointments to the elderly.

Terrible customer service. I arrived before 8:30 am and it's now 10:37 am and I haven't been assisted. The girl at position 1 is very inefficient, as I asked her several times to call my insurance company and she always said she was busy. Very poor management. I've been coming here for years, but today was a mistake.

Terrible service; they stop seeing patients before their scheduled appointment time. I recommend you don't waste your time.

The service was good and fast, my only observation is that structurally it could be beautified a little more, but that is the least important thing when it comes to seeking health.

I have several things to share about this place. I went more than four times because my doctor kept sending me while I was pregnant. Don't go to this place; it's more expensive than it is worth. First, the customer service is terrible. There's one girl in particular, fair-skinned with nice black hair, who is incredibly rude and always says that insurance doesn't cover it so you'll pay 3,500 pesos without insurance, which is a lie because they're scamming you. Second, the wait times are outrageous. I arrived at 6:00 AM and didn't leave until 2:00 PM. Third, both bathrooms are too small. Fourth, on one occasion, they gave my results to another pregnant woman, and I waited an hour for them to sort it out. As for the sonographers, they're good, but there are too many places that prioritize customer service for me to go back there. Negative. Don't waste your time at Rades.
