They are fine, but the third part business they use for servicing your car, not good at all.
I don't know why they ask for a formal quote if they end up giving you less than 40% of the quoted value. I had an accident on December 12th; I was rear-ended and totaled, and this company is offering me 42,525.00. I sent it for inspection, and it was useless. To this day, I'm still on foot thanks to Seguros Patria. They don't care about the customer; they don't answer WhatsApp messages, you call, and they don't answer, or they reply to WhatsApp messages two or three hours later. I was their customer since 2020 when I bought my first car, and I say "was" because as soon as the policy ends, I'm switching companies. They didn't even consider that the person who hit me is with this same insurance company. But thanks, they've lost another customer to their long list. Keep it up. Because of the system, many Dominicans lose their lives over a scratch on the street because nobody wants to spend 3 or 4 months dealing with insurance that won't even cover the damage caused.
Hace 4 días que solicite el seguro que servicio tan deficiente y poco profesional, en las oficinas son peores y el servicio al cliente falta, siempre una excusas vana y ninguna solución. Cierren eso.
They say it's by appointment, and when you arrive, you have to wait for more than an hour. It's not fair, because if you organize your schedule and have an hour for that, it disrupts your entire plan.
The service leaves much to be desired! They don't meet deadlines, the person who assists you doesn't answer the phone to follow up on your case, and you seem to think you're asking for trouble when you call! If you're in a collision or have an accident, be prepared to be without a car for a month or two because it's impossible to get it fixed due to the supposedly established deadlines.
