Last Wednesday, the 11th, my vehicle was towed from an area where there were no signs prohibiting parking, without any notification whatsoever, even though they had all my information on hand, including the license plate number. I thought it was a robbery. The staff at the medical center where I had gone for health problems directed me to the correct location. The parking lot says it opens at 7:00 AM, which is true; however, they don't actually start operations until 8:00 AM. The worst part is that in the parking space where they left my vehicle, it was hit on the rear bumper and a door, resulting in dents and scratches. To date, a week later, I still haven't received a response. I need them to provide one.
There's no parking, you can't pay in cash, and there's only one or maybe two people willing to help those looking for their vehicles! Everyone else is just there to be helpful!
They have fast customer service, but there's no shade to wait in, so you'll have to stand in the sun when you pay the fine. The center doesn't have parking and they don't allow vehicles inside, so you have to park on 27 de Febrero Street.
The staff is helpful and polite; if you bring everything they ask for, you can get your vehicle out quickly and easily!
The office is small.
