Dra Zoila Fernandez is an excellent dentist who is very accommodating, warm, and very service-oriented. From the very first appointment patients like us who are not well-versed in the Spanish language, we immediately feel at home from the genuine warmth and care that Dra Zoila had shown us as well as the very courteous staff from her clinic. She has a way of dealing with people that transcends beyond verbal communication. They can also speak English so it’s a great plus for those who have zero to limited Spanish like us. We are very satisfied with the dental work she has done. We had been searching far and wide for a dentist who is focused more on preserving one’s teeth and focused mainly on the well-being of her patients without prescribing unnecessary procedures, and we are grateful we found her clinic. We also appreciate her honesty and transparency on all the options she provided, the cost, the procedure, and expectations of the possible outcomes. Moreover, besides from being very kind yet professional on all their dealings with their patients, they are also very organized on their appointments such as having a prior reminders days before the appointed date and time, as well as being on time on the set appointment hours. Over 30 years of experience, an evaluation, a top filling, a very professional cleaning, and then today she fixed a tooth whose lower part broke off in a very difficult area to reach and work on. She didn't use anesthetics, not because she couldn't, but because she went very slow and with incredible care! I've never felt so good after having dental work done before!
