Horrible!

I must emphasize that the quality of the doctors there is excellent. I have no complaints about any of them, and I've received care in different departments, as have my family members, and we all consistently receive good service from the staff. This is the health center I've visited for the last four years of my life, constantly and in different departments. I can say I have extensive experience there, from scheduling appointments to receiving care. I've also taken my daughters and my mother to various health services. However, I'm very saddened by the way the administrative staff operates. Not all of them possess the necessary skills, quality, or dedication to service that they should have, which is evident in other health institutions in the area. On different days and in different places, patients are mistreated with very degrading attitudes. Of course, not all of them—the sonography and lab work department isn't included here, nor are all the billing staff—but most of the cashiers seem to never want to go to work, and many elderly people who lack the capacity to understand the situation work there. They need to improve, starting with those in charge of these areas who aren't setting a good example. Another point for improvement is that, despite being semi-private, consultations must be paid for regardless of whether results are delivered or not, and it doesn't matter if you saw the doctor the day before.

It's obviously a private clinic, but very good and inexpensive; our dermatologist is excellent.
