It took me three weeks to get an appointment, and they couldn't accommodate me at a different time. When I arrived, the doctor wanted to order numerous tests, completely unrelated to my condition. She also refused to use the phone. Therefore, I decided to dismiss her. It's unacceptable that in 2025 a doctor would refuse to use the phone. A professional who refuses to adapt to the realities of this century doesn't deserve my support.

My mom made an appointment three weeks ago for therapy due to extreme pain in her arm. Today, she called to confirm the appointment was still on because they hadn't called her back. The receptionist claimed she was tired of trying to reach her and, since she couldn't get through, the appointment was canceled. My mom hasn't had a single missed call since yesterday. When she told the receptionist about this, the receptionist hung up. What an irresponsible service! I would never recommend them.

The staff provides excellent service, but the doctor has bipolar disorder, as I had several unpleasant experiences with her. It's highly unethical for a professional of her caliber, dealing with patients who are seeking relief, not further deterioration. This is my humble opinion. I hope she can receive treatment for this disorder.
