The worst customer service I've ever received, especially from the receptionist who seemed annoyed even to acknowledge a simple greeting. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place for babies, because they're so adorable. I tried to get my baby to sleep in the waiting area after her vaccinations, and the receptionist played some very loud videos, so I had to leave. I definitely wasn't going to be able to get her to sleep there. It saddens me to see people who work with children behave this way.

Terrible customer service. They have arrogant attitudes and speak to you as if you're there for free. I went because it was recommended to me, but I left extremely disappointed. I would ask them something, and they would answer me as if I were an animal. They have no respect or manners. They're supposed to be dealing with children who should be kind and polite. If they're bored with their jobs, they should give the position to someone who actually needs it and will treat people with respect. They're the same way on the phone and in person.

They have the vaccines, but the worst customer service I've ever received. From the receptionists to the person administering the vaccine, they are the least friendly and least humane people I've ever seen in the area. I would never take my child there again for vaccinations. Management should address this extremely unprofessional attitude.

The staff were very nice, it was quick. The place was clean and welcoming, and I didn't see any hang-ups from the people. They did their job, that's all. For me, that's more than enough.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. They desperately need customer service training. I got the impression that if you arrive close to closing time, they tell you there are NO VACCINATIONS and, since your time isn't valuable, you have to come back the next day. A total lack of respect.
