Customer service at this center is terrible. The reception staff is clueless; they give you an amount covered by insurance without even calling the insurance company for authorization. They charge an exorbitant amount, supposedly covered by insurance—a fortune! The idea is that people with health insurance pay for insurance to help cover the cost. Here, insurance is worthless. Bring a lot of money or go somewhere your insurance actually covers.
