Hospital

It's the worst clinic in Santiago!! Don't go there!! People arrive with even the smallest problem, and they make them sicker just to squeeze money out of the patient and the insurance company. There are no good doctors!! They don't have the equipment to treat patients!!!!! They're awful. Please, never go there!!!!

My opinion about the medical center is based on the extraordinary experience of having been treated by Dr. Francisco Núñez, an excellent surgeon and person.

Good doctors...but the facilities are awful. The ICU is the worst; there are no proper conditions, you can't even breathe, the beds are wobbly, the sheets are threadbare, and the food is appalling. They should close it down for a complete renovation.

The doctors are very good, and the place is very nice, but the nurses are quite unpleasant. They need to improve their patient care. I was hospitalized for two and a half days, and they took far too long to come to my room. My family would call them, and they would say they were coming, but they never did. And when they finally did come, they were rude and dismissive. It was as if you were begging them. If someone is hospitalized in a clinic, it's because they're paying for it; it's not free for them to come and talk to you like you're an animal. They need to improve patient care with the nurses because the doctors are very good. My cousin went to tell them this morning that I couldn't stand the pain, and they took an hour and a half to come to my room. When they finally did, they spoke to her with gestures as if I were asking them for something. They should thank God I had surgery because if I hadn't, they would have encountered someone even crazier than themselves. If they don't know how to do their job with compassion, they shouldn't do it at all. All they're doing is giving the company a bad image.
