As a Local Guide, I've had the privilege of documenting the growth of our province, and the facade of this center—captured in a photograph I took that has almost reached a million views on this platform—is a reflection of an institution that has become a key landmark for healthcare in Villa España and throughout La Romana. Coral Medical Center boasts a solid track record, distinguished by its excellent medical professionals in various specialties and its comprehensive medical coverage that provides relief to hundreds of Dominican families daily. Its community value and the convenience of its strategic location are undeniable. However, achieving true excellence requires listening to the voices of those who bring the center to life: its patients. A detailed analysis of the experiences shared here on Google Maps reveals a golden opportunity for improvement in the administrative and billing areas, as well as addressing the facade and its potential renovation, including restoring the Medical Center's name prominently displayed at the top of the building. Excessive wait times for authorizations and payments are another issue that needs attention. They have the infrastructure, the medical staff, and the public's trust; fine-tuning the administrative and maintenance processes will take them to the next level. Best of luck!
It's a total disgrace. The doctors and nurses let a patient sleep all night after recent surgery, even though she has a fever. You call the nurses and there's nobody there, not a single nurse all night, and the patient has a fever of 40 degrees Celsius! 😡😡😡😡😡
At the Coral Medical Center, there's a very good ENT doctor on the 5th floor named Dr. Paola Guante.
We were seen quickly and very kindly. We're Argentinian. It went beyond just addressing our ailments; the doctors, the orderly, everyone was wonderful. Thank you.
These people are so annoying and hateful. On one occasion, one of the doctors tried to eat me alive in front of the entire emergency room. And I'm not even talking about some of the nursing staff. What a disgusting staff they have at that clinic.
