My experience at this clinic was terrible. My sister was admitted there. First: the nurse was very rude. Second: the room was inadequate. The paint on the walls was peeling. Third: they discharged my sister on a Sunday and told me that the person who authorizes insurance doesn't work Sundays, and that we had to leave a 15,000 peso deposit until the person in charge arrived on Monday or Tuesday and authorized the insurance. A complete disaster. If you don't have enough staff to work weekends, don't discharge patients on Sundays or find a way to avoid inconveniencing them.
Terrible patient care. Those nurses don't know anything. I went to pay 1500 pesos for emergency care and they just gave me an injection of saline solution. They didn't even order tests to see if I had high blood pressure. High blood pressure is no joke; there's a complete mess inside. Everything is awful.
When my wife gave birth, we were given a room with a shared bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. Besides that, most of the time you have to chase after the nurses and doctors to get any attention.
My two children had surgery there and they wanted to overcharge me. I got angry and threatened to take them to court, and then they decided to charge me what the insurance company said...
The charge for administering medication is excessive, negligent.
