My experience was very negative. A nurse named Pilar and a doctor named Carpio treated me inappropriately. The nurse was disrespectful, and the doctor, frankly, didn't demonstrate the professional attitude expected of someone in her position; she seemed to be just wearing the uniform and not actually fulfilling her role. Ladies and gentlemen, if you don't have the vocation or patience to treat a patient, it's better not to study this profession and not waste your time or the time of others. I arrived in poor health and required two injectable medications. However, they only administered one and also started an IV drip, without giving me any further explanation. Given the lack of attention and responsibility, I was forced to contact Dr. Rosario, since neither the nurse nor the doctor were willing to do their job. When I explained the situation to the doctor, he contacted them directly and asked, "What happened, Pilar?" Nurse Pilar responded with a shrug and a dismissive "I don't know," and even adopted a haughty attitude toward the doctor. Unlike them, Dr. Rosario treated me with complete professionalism and respect, as he should.
