I consider the service poor simply because I went to the emergency room for neck pain, and all they gave me was an injection, which I'm sure was diclofenac and B complex. That's what they usually give you, and what bothered me was that I wasn't even there for an hour. The doctor, whose name I won't mention, charged me 1600 pesos for that, and it's been about two hours since she gave it to me, and I'm still in the same pain. That's what you call paying for bad service. I went to pay my money for something simple, and they didn't solve my problem.

Terrible service. I went and they sent me in circles, to three different places, and when I arrived there was never anyone there. I wouldn't recommend that clinic to anyone.

Terrible service. I was on vacation in Samaná when my 12-month-old son got congested. Not knowing where else to take him, I went to the Samaná Medical Center in the middle of a pandemic. The first thing the doctor on duty did was not use alcohol before examining my baby. She didn't take his temperature or weigh him and ordered saline solution to be used while waiting for the pediatrician. After waiting two and a half hours, the pediatrician never arrived. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is sick; they are not following hygiene protocols.
