I have one family in intense care,they only allow 1 family per px,in 20 minutes period,is not fear other family need yo see his family so I disagree with this

Very horrible service I had to wait over in 2 hours

I want to express my profound dissatisfaction with the medical service provided to my wife during her stay at this clinic. The experience we endured as a family was extremely painful, and unfortunately, the treatment we received from the medical and nursing staff was very poor. On many occasions, we felt a lack of attention, a lack of empathy, disorganization, and substandard service that falls far short of what a family expects in such a delicate situation. As her husband and immediate family member, I am disappointed and deeply affected by the way the entire process was handled. I hope this complaint is taken into account so that no other family has to go through such a difficult experience and feel so helpless at a time when humanity, professionalism, and care are most needed.

As far as I could see, the staff were all in order, with the necessary basic courtesy.
