Horrible place, atrocious care, rude staff and incompetent medical staff.

The staff was excellent, but the clinic was terrible. There was no water pressure (just a trickle). We were in a suite and they didn't provide extra pillows, and they didn't serve coffee (they only brought a tiny bit in the morning, and it was just sugary syrup). There was a tiny bit of soap, and I asked for more, but they didn't bring any. Luckily, I didn't see any towels, so I brought my own. The waiting room wasn't comfortable; it was extremely uncomfortable and ugly, with crumbling floors and a terrible elevator floor. I've been here for four nights, so I have a real sense of the situation. In short, I do NOT recommend it! I know I'm not in a hotel and I don't like to leave negative reviews, but some things are unforgivable and need to be fixed here!

As a Local Guide, I regret having to leave a comment like this, but my followers need the truth about every place they visit. At that clinic, money is the priority. The doctor who treated me has no professional ethics and even less extensive knowledge in the field. I will demand that the authorities investigate the veracity of his professionalism. I went there full of hope and left disappointed. I am seeking an explanation, a reason for a diagnosis based on extensive and reliable studies, and he tells me he doesn't know, and he isn't even trying to find a solution to the problem. 👁️ I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!

Good customer service and the nurses are excellent, the doctors are very professional.

The area in front of this clinic and the surrounding area is full of drug addicts. When we were out with a baby, they scratched our car and tried to hit my husband. Some of the women who work there are rude.
