My opinion concerns the waiting time. An appointment time is assigned, but even arriving on time, the registration process involves a wait of approximately more than an hour after the agreed-upon time. This hasn't been an isolated incident: the same thing has happened all four times I've come, regardless of whether there's one or three people at reception, or whether there are many patients or just two. You plan your time accordingly, and honestly, with Sanitas, you can't.
