My experience was wonderful

After my first experience, described below, I came to pick up my results three days later, at 6 PM, and guess what? The doctor who performed the echocardiogram hadn't even submitted the report. I had to wait for them to contact her so they could do it and finally give me my results after an hour's wait! Honestly! Everything was clean and organized, but it's all for nothing if the service is poor. They schedule appointments very early in the morning; in my case, a cardiology appointment for an echocardiogram at 7 AM, but all the doctors started arriving around 8 AM and weren't on time. The wait was incredibly long; I left at 9 AM, even though I had pre-booked online. We arrived early hoping I'd have time to get to work, but you can't count on this center to see you before 8 AM. You have to arrive with plenty of time, not because of the crowds, but because of the late start and slow service. And you ask the nurses in the area and they all answer disinterestedly, "The doctors arrive from 8 onwards," ignoring you and chatting amongst themselves. 😒
